McLendon Hills is a 600-acre Lake and Equestrian Community in central North
Carolina with a focus on old-fashioned values and traditions. It is a place

good old days. Located in Seven Lakes, North Carolina just west of Pinehurst,
McLendon Hills is peacefully located in the country, yet is close to many

in 1995 and developed in 1998, the land consists of rolling hills and
spectacular vistas. Many forms of wild life such as quail, turkey, and
deer roam the property adding to the scenic beauty of the development. The
rolling contour of the land provides the perfect area for a lake.

boating, and fishing. Our bridle trails and modern 24 stall Equestrian Center provides many
